okay so these are of very little interest to most of you, they're basically to show you all the wicked displays i've been able to do with our cool unlimited craft supplies... these are my 12 little darlings - 3 japanese, 2 brazilian, 2 american, 1 english, 1 english/german, 1 danish, 1 aussie, 1 chinese...


Our first-day activity - 'what is special about your name?'


The title of our first 'unit of inquiry' (one of six outlets throughout the year to guide children's exploration about the world around them).





Our first day of the unit we had our 'common area' (area shared by all 4 kindergarten classes) set up with all sorts of sense-provoking displays and activities - ie - bread cooking, coffee brewing, music playing, disco lights flashing, i had to do the 'feeling' displays..
